On the morning of 01/08/2016, Signing Ceremony of Cooperation Agreement among the University of Da Nang City, Saitama Japan-NBC Association and the Board of the Project Incubation Selfwing Vietnam had been taking place, opened up new cooperation opportunities in the areas of Education and Training, Science and Technology, the transfer of the advanced Curriculum on Information Technologies, Health Care, offer scholarships to students of the University of Da Nang to Japan for learning and professional development.

Founded in 1985, Saitama NBC is the Association of a new-type business enterprises in Japan. With over 4000 members from Hokkaido to Okinawa, Japan; working on many areas such as Design, IT, Health Care, Legal Advice, and Science and Technology. Parallel to the Saimata NBC, the chapter of MIJS (made in Japan Software) is as the place of gathering place the strong businesses on IT and attaching services in Japan, wanting to search good personnel at the University of Da Nang of Vietnam. With the definitio, students of the univerities inthe central Vietnam are studious, industrious, hard-working and dynamic, after training will become the "valuable jewels" in the business, NBC decided to sponsor the Saitama’s scholarships for excellent students to have the opportunity to learn and improve skills through internship, comments term and work in Japan.

Also in the signing ceremony of collaboration, Saitama NBC Japan introduced and awarded a Aparatus of Therapy of Osteoarthritis for the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmaceutics - University of Danang, this is the aparatus which was first introduced in Vietnam. After 10 minutes of therapy, the patient's health will be improved by the advanced technology under long research by  Japanese leading professors. Besides, in order to help medical and pharmaceutical students - the University of Da Nang, understanding how to operate of equipment as well as convey the knowledge of the health care field of Japan, Saitama NBC Association will organize short-term training course and invite Japanese experts to the University of Da Nang, directly involved in the training.
